We all experience worries and sadness from time to time. Yet some worries and sadness can become excessive and intrusive to a point they disrupt daily functioning. I help people to regulate these feelings so that they can improve their wellbeing and engage with life more fully.
You probably feel like events from your past are a barrier to healthier interactions with yourself, others and the world around you. Maybe this has been exhausting and you want to live your life in the here and now. I will help you to explore and understand your patterns of stress response, so you can release any burden of shame, self-blame or guilt from the past. Understanding your stress response will help you to befriend it and navigate life in a more flexible way.
I have extensive experience providing psychotherapy, SSP, parenting support and training. This, combined with lived experience of diversity and transforming personal worries and sadness, helps me to gain a deep appreciation of what may be keeping you stuck.

Usually weekly or fortnightly.

You get a 30 minutes free consultation session on phone or zoom.
Fees will not be a barrier for anyone to access therapy. Sessions are priced competitively. This will be discussed on contact.
